Can I book multiple time slots?▼
Yes! You can book multiple sessions in one go. Just select each date and time you need.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?▼
Go to My Bookings, find your session, and click Cancel or Reschedule. You have 24 hours before your session to make changes.
Payments & Wallet
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. You can also top up your wallet and pay from there.
What is the wallet feature?▼
Your wallet holds money for quick bookings. Top it up anytime, earn loyalty points, and use them for future sessions or exclusive perks.
Can I get a refund?▼
Cancellations made 24 hours before your session get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are forfeited.
Entry & QR Codes
What is the QR code?▼
When you book, you get a unique QR code. Just show it at the gate — no waiting, no paperwork. Scan and play!
Do I need to print my QR code?▼
No! Just show it on your phone. Our staff can scan it from your screen.
What if I lose my QR code?▼
No problem — just go to My Bookings and your code is there. You can download it or screenshot it.
Tournaments & Leagues
How do I join a tournament?▼
Go to the Tournaments section, find one you like, and register. You'll be placed in a bracket with other players. Compete and climb the leaderboard!
How do rankings work?▼
You earn points based on your performance in tournaments and leagues. Check your profile to see your ranking and how you compare to other players.
Can I organize my own tournament?▼
Contact us at hello@justbeatos.com to set up a custom tournament or league for your group.
Account & Profile
How do I create an account?▼
Go to Sign Up, enter your phone number and email, set a password, and you're done. You can also sign up with Google or Facebook.
How do I earn loyalty points?▼
You earn points on every booking. More expensive bookings earn more points. Redeem them in your wallet section.
Can I view my booking history?▼
Yes! Go to My Bookings to see all past and upcoming sessions. You can also download invoices from there.
